The Agile Project Manager will plan, lead, organize, and motivate Agile project teams to achieve high performance and quality, delivering projects that provide excellent business value. They will manage high-visibility projects across matrixed, functional, and technical organizations, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to successful closure.

The Agile Project Manager collaborates with stakeholders, including clients, end users, distributors, and vendors, to maintain high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and validating project estimates, leading multiple Agile teams, improving team efficiency and effectiveness, facilitating Agile ceremonies and troubleshooting meetings, enabling Agile work styles, tracking team performance, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence, coaching team members, achieving project goals within constraints, and managing conflicts diplomatically.

Education Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream

• PMP, PgMP certification (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment

• 3+ years of the BPO experience should be in Transitions

• Should have hands-on experience of migrating processes

• Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagement

• Valid (10 year / 5 year) US &/or UK Visa will be an added advantage
