Job Title: Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive – Procurement- Coworking space and Managed office- Bangalore (Multiple role for all experience levels (2 years to 15 Years) Industry: Co working / Managed Office / Corporate Interior Fit-outs - IPC Candidates preferred Location: Bangalore Reporting To: Head – Procurement Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 30 Days Maximum Compensation Range –Based On Current Salary And Experience Interview – 2 rounds (Virtual or Face to Face) Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday - 2nd and 4th Saturday Off - 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM - Work from Office – Bangalore (it is mix of office and field work) About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive – Procurement with strong experience in co-working spaces, managed offices, or corporate interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end procurement operations, optimize vendor partnerships, and ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising on quality, timelines, and compliance standards. This role requires hands-on execution capability along with strategic vendor management skills. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Procurement Management - Manage procurement of materials, services, and operational requirements for co working and managed office spaces. - Source items such as furniture (workstations, chairs, meeting pods), MEP materials, HVAC, electrical fixtures, flooring, ceiling systems, partitions, IT/networking materials, signage, security systems, and facility supplies. - Ensure alignment with project BOQs and technical specifications. - Vendor Identification & Management - Identify, evaluate, on board, and maintain a strong vendor database. - Conduct vendor negotiations for best pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements. - Monitor vendor performance through quality, cost, and delivery metrics. - Develop alternate vendor strategies to mitigate supply risks. - Cost Optimization & Negotiation - Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality standards. - Conduct market benchmarking and price comparisons. - Prepare comparative statements (CSTs) and purchase proposals. - Project & Operations Coordination - Work closely with Projects, Facilities, and Operations teams for requirement planning. - Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and site readiness. - Support multiple simultaneous site launches, expansions, or refurbishments. - Inventory & Compliance - Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess procurement. - Ensure timely delivery and documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices). - Maintain compliance with company policies and audit requirements. - Reporting & Documentation - Prepare procurement MIS reports for management review. - Track budget utilization and procurement lead times. - Maintain digital documentation and ERP records (if applicable). Required Experience - Minimum 2-15 years of relevant procurement experience in: - Co-working/Flexible Workspace Companies - Managed Office Providers - Corporate Interior Fit-out Companies - Commercial Real Estate Projects - IPC like (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank, Cushman & wakefield) - Strong exposure to interior materials, civil works, MEP procurement, and furniture sourcing is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, CAPEX & OPEX Required Skills & Competencies - Manage CAPEX & OPEX procurement for projects - Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation & onboarding - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Understanding of BOQs, rate analysis, and commercial terms - Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills - Excellent coordination and follow-up capability - Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), ERP systems preferred -SAP MM - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines - Lead price negotiations and cost optimization - Ensure timely material procurement as per project timelines - Work closely with design, projects & finance teams - Maintain and manage procurement activities in SAP MM - Develop and maintain a strong vendor network Educational Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Business / Management / Supply Chain or equivalent - MBA (Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement) preferred What We Are Looking For - A hands-on procurement professional who understands fast-paced workspace rollouts - Someone with strong local vendor networks in Pune/Maharashtra preferred - Detail-oriented and process-driven mind set - Strong ownership attitude with high accountability Skills: real estate,interior fit outs,coworking,commercial real estate,procurement,managed office
