Key responsibilities:

• Effecting below mentioned tax payments (TDS/TCS/Dividend TDS) after ensuring correctness with respect to section, rates etc. Passing necessary entries and clearing in SAP

• Filing quarterly TDS Returns, NRI WHT returns. Filing revised returns after carrying out necessary corrections in timely manner. Well conversant with Tax portals such as TRACES

• Issuing Form16 to vendors in timely manner

• Resolving Tax defaults and responding to default notices for above areas

• Preparing Schedules required for Statutory and Tax Audits (clause 34)

• Will be required to keep updated with recent tax enactments

• Good knowledge of Excel is required

• Should be able to handle voluminous data and possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
