We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Management Trainees Marketing & Sales .This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, business growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels. Identify, generate, and nurture qualified leads through research, outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to improve acquisition efficiency and ROI. Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to understand their business requirements. Support end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation and deal closure. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities. Track, monitor, and report key marketing and sales performance metrics. Work closely with leadership to develop customer acquisition strategies and growth initiatives. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, campaign performance, and customer interactions using CRM and marketing tools. Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable business insights for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to drive business outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. 02 years of experience in Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or related functions. Freshers with exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and a strong learning mindset are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent numerical aptitude and comfort working with data. Ability to think from first principles and solve problems using logical reasoning. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and execution-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability. Preferred Skills & Expertise Understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales funnels. Hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign and sales performance data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of AI-powered marketing, automation, and productivity tools is an added advantage.
