We are Hiring MIS Executive (French Proficiency) Location: Chennai & CoimbatoreEmployment Type: Full-TimeLanguage Requirement: French (A2B2 Preferred) About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support business reporting and data-driven decision-making. The role involves preparing management reports, maintaining dashboards, and delivering accurate insights. The position also requires interaction with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesMIS Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for management reporting
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reportingData Management
- Extract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain reporting templates, datasets, and documentation
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirementsStakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with French-speaking stakeholders for reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data availability and accuracy
- Deliver reports and updates within defined timelinesRequired Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations Support
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and FrenchPreferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to reporting or shared services environments
