Key Responsibilities
- Managing and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Recruiting and hiring new team members.
- Conducting onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
- Motivating the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Planning daily, weekly, and monthly team activities.
- Maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, and professionalism.
- Collaborating with management to improve team performance and business growth.
The journey begins with a 7-day training program, where you will learn about our company, work processes, leadership approach, and recruitment strategies. At the end of the training, you will take an assessment to evaluate your learning ability, skills, and overall potential.
Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will move forward into a performance-based trainee phase.
Training & Selection Process
Attend a comprehensive 7-day training program.
Complete an assessment at the end of the training.
Selection for the trainee role will be based on your performance, skills, communication, and overall potential demonstrated during the training and assessment.
Performance-Based Trainee Phase
Once selected, you will work toward achieving assigned performance targets.
The maximum time to achieve the target is 3 months.
High-performing candidates may achieve the target in 2 months or even 1 month, depending on their skills, dedication, and performance.
