We are looking for a confident and customer-centric Sales Executive to represent PICHOLA across exhibitions, pop-ups, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless luxury customer experience, building meaningful customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through both offline and online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and customer engagement at exhibitions, trade shows, pop-up events, and other brand activations across India.
- Represent PICHOLA professionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience during all customer interactions.
- Support exhibition operations, including display setup, merchandising, inventory management, order processing, packing, and dispatch coordination.
- Handle customer enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, the company website, and other digital sales channels.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, order placement, and post-purchase support.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory movements.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives across both offline and online channels.
- Stay updated on product collections, brand offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed assistance.
Working HoursJaipur Office: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.Exhibitions & Events: Working hours during exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events may vary based on event schedules and operational requirements. The role may require participation in event setup, customer engagement activities, and post-event coordination to support smooth execution.Travel & Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable with occasional schedule adjustments and travel requirements associated with exhibitions and promotional events.
