We specialize in buying, selling, and sourcing authentic pre-owned luxury handbags, accessories, and collectibles, with a strong focus on authenticity, quality, and exceptional client experience. Role OverviewWe are looking for a Luxury Sales Associate - who has excellent communication skills, enjoys interacting with clients, and has a genuine interest in luxury fashion and designer brands. The role involves handling customer inquiries, building relationships, and converting leads into sales while delivering a premium client experience. SALARY - 45k starting (plus incentive growth)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, email, and phone calls.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure no genuine lead is missed.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently explain details such as brand, model, condition, year, leather, hardware, accessories, authenticity, and pricing.
- Research product information and luxury market trends whenever required.
- Assist clients by sharing product images, videos, condition reports, and additional information.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through honest, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Strategize with the Founder and team to actively promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inquiries and sales activity across all channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with content and operations teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and sales execution.
- Support live shopping sessions, video consultations, and in-person client appointments whenever required.
- Stay updated on luxury brands, resale values, and market demand.
