Castle Space seeks an astute, culturally attuned, and strategically driven Luxury Content Manager to steward its esteemed portfolio of luxury & ultra-luxury clientele. This role is designed for a candidate who not only understands the art of luxury storytelling but is deeply invested in shaping compelling brand narratives that elevate perception, cultivate desire, and strengthen emotional affinity across discerning audiences. The Luxury Content Manager will lead content strategy, editorial direction, storytelling frameworks, and content production while managing high-value client relationships and ensuring every communication reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and cultural relevance expected of luxury brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to luxury audience behaviour across digital, editorial, social, and brand communication channels.
- Craft narrative ecosystems that deepen brand affinity, elevate desirability, and reinforce long-term brand equity.
- Maintain consistency across tone of voice, messaging architecture, and brand storytelling principles.
- Lead narrative discourse by defining themes, cultural references, emotional triggers, and storytelling frameworks.
- Guide creative and content teams to produce refined, culturally relevant, and commercially aligned content.
- Ensure every content asset evokes aspiration, exclusivity, emotional resonance, and lasting brand memory.-
- Architect and execute end-to-end content strategies for luxury and ultra-luxury brands across digital, social, editorial, campaign, and experiential touch-points.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, approvals, content direction, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee content calendars, editorial planning, copy development, campaign narratives, and cross-platform content execution.
- Lead content ideation, creative briefing, copywriting oversight, and storytelling development across brand, social, website, advertising, and PR ecosystems.
- Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and brand sentiment to identify opportunities for refinement and growth.
- Coordinate with design, creative, PR, research, production, trends and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and seamless narrative continuity.
Requirements
- Fresher (Luxury Brand/Business Management related degree) / 2+ years of experience in content management, brand communications, editorial strategy, copywriting, or digital content marketing, preferably within luxury, ultra-luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, fashion, real estate, or premium consumer sectors.
