Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cambridge Lower Secondary Science/Social Science Teacher based in Erode district, Tamil Nadu. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science/Social Science for primary and middle school learners (grades 4-7), aligned with the Cambridge standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback and supporting learners with diverse needs. Qualifications
- Experience teaching at the middle school level and understanding of adolescent learning needs.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom experience in Science / Social Science for lower secondary grades.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning, with the ability to align content to school and board standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including instructional delivery and student engagement.
- Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in CBSE or Cambridge curricula is an advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Erode.
