We are looking for a Lottie animation creator intern to design lightweight, engaging animations for children-focused learning products. You will create animations used across mobile apps, games, onboarding flows, rewards, and micro-interactions.
Your work will directly impact how children experience learning through motion, feedback, and delight.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Create Lottie (JSON) animations for app onboarding screens, game success and failure states, loading flows, progress indicators, rewards, badges, empty states, and UI micro-interactions
Design animations using After Effects with Bodymovin
Optimize animations for small file sizes and smooth performance on low-end Android devices
Collaborate with designers and developers to match brand colors, characters, and tone
Deliver clear animation specifications including loops, triggers, and states
Iterate animations based on feedback and usability testing with children

Strong understanding of timing, easing, and motion design principles
Ability to create clean and well-structured After Effects files
Basic understanding of UI and UX design
Awareness of mobile app constraints, including performance and file size
Experience designing for kids or educational apps (preferred, not mandatory)
Familiarity with Figma for reading design handoffs
Understanding of Flutter, React, or web animation constraints
Vector-based illustration skills (preferred)
