We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Data Examiner to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves reviewing, validating, and auditing logistics-related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Daily examine and verify logistics, transportation, warehouse, and delivery-related data for accuracy and completeness.
Verify shipment records, proof of deliveries, invoices, freight bills, and operational reports.
Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain examination logs and prepare periodic reports highlighting key findings and trends.
Monitor compliance with internal data management standards and operational procedures.
Assist the management in root-cause analysis on recurring data issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support management with insights and data quality metrics.
Ensure timely completion of assigned audits while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Other requirements
Requirements:
Graduate degree or a student in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain, auditing, data analysis, MIS, or related functions.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies in large datasets.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Confirmed availability for full-time employment if an offer is made after the internship period.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is an absolute prerequisite.
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, e-commerce, warehousing, freight management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
Experience in the internal audit of processes for a CA firm or a Management Consultancy firm would be a major advantage.
Exposure to data auditing, process compliance, or quality assurance functions is preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
