Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Manage high-volume customer inquiries across email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media, ensuring timely resolutions and a premium brand experience.
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment tasks, including meticulous packaging, order processing, and active coordination with dispatch teams.
Provide comprehensive post-purchase support, including proactive order tracking, resolution of delivery issues, and conducting regular customer follow-ups.
Maintain accurate logs of all customer exchanges and returns while updating internal trackers to ensure operational transparency and data integrity.
Support logistics for creative projects, including product shoots and content creation, while contributing insights from a marketing perspective to enhance brand outreach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks.
