Key Responsibilities: 1) Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure proper organization of stock Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking Implement efficient stock control systems 2) Picking, Packing & Dispatch Supervise picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy and quality Ensure all orders are packed as per brand standards and dispatch timelines Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment 3) Procurement & Stock Control Assist in procurement planning based on demand forecasting Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely procurement of goods Track inward materials and verify against purchase orders 4) Floor Management Manage warehouse floor activities and staff for smooth operations Ensure proper workflow, cleanliness, and safety standards Monitor productivity and optimize processes 5) Order Management (Online Platforms) Handle order picking from various online sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.) Ensure accurate order processing and minimize errors Coordinate with internal teams for order-related queries 6) Dispatch & Quality Check Oversee dispatch department and ensure orders are shipped on time Conduct final checks before dispatch to maintain quality standards Track shipments and resolve any dispatch-related issues
