Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Contact borrowers via phone to remind and recover overdue loan payments.

1. Manage an assigned set of commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure repayment discipline.

1. Record all call interactions, payment commitments, and borrower responses in the App.

1. Track repayment status and maintain consistent engagement until closure.

1. Meet individual recovery targets aligned with daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

1. Liaise with internal teams for case reviews, escalations, and repossession coordination when needed.

1. Follow all established processes, compliance norms, and audit requirements.

1. Conduct repayment negotiations and assist in restructuring delinquent accounts.

1. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case closure with the correct disposition.
