Key Responsibilities

1. Identify potential villages within a 30 km radius of the branch for business expansion.

1. Form and develop customer groups in targeted villages.

1. Identify and onboard potential customers for loan products.

1. Ensure timely and accurate loan disbursement to eligible customers.

1. Achieve 100% loan recovery and maintain collection efficiency.

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.

Other requirements

1. Educational Qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.

1. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in the local language of their respective location (Tamil, Telugu).

1. A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory for this role.

1. Freshers who are willing to start their career in field sales are encouraged to apply.

1. Candidates should have no credit history or a CIBIL score of 650 and above.

Note:- Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and working Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off), from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sunday as the weekly off.
