About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Engage with borrowers over phone calls to follow up on overdue loan accounts.

1. Manage and monitor assigned commercial vehicle loan portfolios for timely recoveries.

1. Record all call details, borrower commitments, and collection updates accurately in the App.

1. Maintain consistent communication with customers until dues are cleared or cases are resolved.

1. Work towards meeting defined collection targets on a daily and monthly basis.

1. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations, resolution support, and repossession updates when required.

1. Adhere to all organizational policies, compliance procedures, and audit standards.

1. Negotiate repayment plans and assist in restructuring overdue accounts when necessary.

1. Ensure every case is updated systematically and closed with the correct disposition.
