This role will manage a large-scale, high-velocity network of 150+ stores with daily volumes of ~2-2.2lakh orders, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability at scale. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with complete ownership of city performance, including SLAs, cost, team leadership, and profitability.
