Key Responsibilities

1. Acquire new clients and generate business opportunities by creating proposals based on client requirements.

1. Manage client onboarding and drive repeat business to achieve annual revenue targets.

1. Handle operational activities related to event listings and fixed venues.

1. Coordinate with business and support teams for onboarding events and venues.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.

1. Address and resolve client queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

1. Manage payment collections, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
