Role Description Irish Expert is seeking a Litigation Associate for a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Litigation Associate will handle legal documentation, research, preparation of motions, and assisting in depositions. Additional responsibilities include representing clients in courts, advising on legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal principles and practices with expertise in the field of law
- Experience in drafting and filing motions
- Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparations
- Familiarity with deposition procedures and the ability to assist in legal depositions
- Knowledge of court proceedings, case filing, and other related processes
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional degree in law (LL.B or equivalent); bar admission is required
- Prior experience in immigration or corporate law is a plus
