As an experienced System Administrator responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise Linux environments (primarily RHEL), ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. Supports DevOps teams by enabling automation, CI/CD integration, and standardized infrastructure practices.
Key responsibilities include system administration, troubleshooting, security hardening, identity integration (AD, LDAP, Kerberos), storage and network management, and container/platform support (Docker, Artifactory).
Drives automation through scripting, maintains monitoring and observability standards, and supports hybrid infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud). Provides technical leadership, contributes to enterprise standards (gold images, security baselines), and collaborates across engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Position Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Linux environments, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Strong expertise in Linux system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.

Experience supporting and enabling DevOps teams in enterprise environments.

Solid understanding of Linux authentication and identity services, including Active Directory integration, Kerberos, LDAP, SSSD, and PAM.

Strong working knowledge of SELinux administration, security hardening, and Linux security best practices.

Experience with enterprise storage technologies, including NFS, multipathing, and storage connectivity troubleshooting.

Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates, certificate renewals, and secure communications across Linux-based platforms.
