Manager Marketing sits at the center of this engine. It is a high-ownership, analytically-driven campaign management role that requires equal parts strategic thinking, operational precision, and marketing craft. The person in this role will be accountable for the full lifecycle of client campaigns from translating a client brief into an executable plan, to monitoring daily performance, to iterating on every variable until the campaign delivers consistent, qualified leads.Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Setup - Support campaign briefs, timelines, messaging alignment, targeting, and campaign launch readiness across email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and other channels.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization - Monitor campaign performance, including email delivery, open rates, CTR, landing page visits, responses, and lead quality. Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
- Lead Qualification & Delivery - Review campaign responses and lead data to ensure qualified leads meet campaign criteria before being shared with clients or internal sales teams. Help prepare lead summaries and sales intelligence profiles where required.
- Cross-Team Coordination - Work closely with sales, marketing, data, and operations teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and timelines are met.
- Client Communication & Reporting - Prepare campaign updates, performance reports, and insights for client calls. Capture feedback and help translate it into campaign improvements.
