About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and a regional language.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and assist with inquiries.
Shift details:
- 9-hour day shift.
- Rotational shift schedule.
- 1 rotational week off.
Compensation: Rs 25,000 - Rs 35,000 CTC per month (Based on communication skills and interview performance).

Other requirements
A. Languages required:
- Candidates must be proficient in English (mandatory) and any one of the following regional languages: Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu, with a minimum SVAR score of 65 or above.
- SVAR score required: 65+.
B. Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC pass.
