Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Call Handling
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead generation activities.
- Maintain professionalism while delivering excellent customer service.
B. Customer Communication
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and one regional language.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing campaigns.
C. Lead Generation
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Ensure proper identification and nurturing of potential leads.
D. Data Management
- Update customer interactions and lead details in the system accurately.
E. Performance Targets
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets consistently.
F. Language Requirements
- Must be proficient in English (mandatory).
- Must know one regional language: Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu.
Shift Details:
- Day shift only.
- 9-hour rotational shifts.
- 1 rotational weekly off.
