Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Call Handling

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead generation activities.

1. Maintain professionalism while delivering excellent customer service.

B. Customer Communication

1. Communicate effectively with customers in English and one regional language.

1. Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing campaigns.

C. Lead Generation

1. Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

1. Ensure proper identification and nurturing of potential leads.

D. Data Management

1. Update customer interactions and lead details in the system accurately.

E. Performance Targets

1. Meet daily and monthly performance targets consistently.

F. Language Requirements

1. Must be proficient in English (mandatory).

1. Must know one regional language: Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu.

Shift Details:

1. Day shift only.

1. 9-hour rotational shifts.

1. 1 rotational weekly off.
