About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and the assigned regional language.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Shift details:
- 9-hour shift.
- Day shift only (Rotational).
- 1 rotational week off.

Other requirements
A. Languages required:
- Candidates must be proficient in English (mandatory) and any one of the following languages: Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu.
B. Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum qualification: HSC pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
