Role Overview We are looking for a fast, disciplined, and reliable Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations across multiple food brands. The ideal candidate can work efficiently during rush hours, maintain cleanliness, and consistently deliver quality food within strict service timelines.This role is highly hands-on and suited for someone who enjoys working in a high-energy startup kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Support fast service times (target: under 10 minutes per order)
• Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hoursPrep Work & Station Management
• Perform daily prep work including cutting, marinating, portioning, and stocking stations
• Keep cooking stations organized and operational throughout service
• Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices

Packaging & Order Accuracy

• Pack dine-in and delivery orders neatly and accurately
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging standards for each brand
• Double-check all orders before dispatch

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain strict cleanliness standards before, during, and after operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep the kitchen organized despite limited workspace

Team Support

• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff during service
