Respond to and execute instructions provided by attorneys, supervisors, the Collections Manager, Client Relations Manager, Director of Compliance, Director of Operations, and senior management.
Maintain, organize, and update account files, legal records, and case-related documentation.
Accurately update court information, vendor details, and case records within internal systems and databases.
Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, notices, and other case-related materials.
Review, revise, and assemble legal correspondence, pleadings, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
Ensure all records and documents are maintained in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
Track case progress and maintain accurate documentation of case activities and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation.
Support administrative and operational activities related to legal and collections processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Work Schedule:
5 Days Working.
2 Rotational Week Offs.
9-Hour Shift.
Work schedule aligned with US business hours.
