We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to support our legal operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, managing client communications, ensuring legal compliance, and providing legal support to internal stakeholders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Reviewing, analysing and vetting various legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Drafting, preparing and modifying contracts, NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
Coordinating with clients to understand legal requirements and addressing contract-related queries.
Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, revisions, approvals, and execution.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth legal processes.
Identifying potential legal risks and recommending appropriate solutions.
Maintaining and organising legal documentation, records, and contract repositories.
Assisting in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Supporting senior legal professionals in legal research and other legal matters as required.
Tracking contract renewals, amendments, and key contractual obligations.

Pursuing Bachelor's/Mater's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.
Strong understanding of contract law and legal documentation.
Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal documentation tools.
Prior internship or experience in contract management, corporate law, or legal operations.
Exposure to commercial contracts and client-facing legal roles.
