About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, governance, succession planning, trusts, wills, and private client matters.

1. Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, legal notices, corporate documents, advisory notes, wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.

1. Support founder advisory assignments, prepare legal summaries and presentations, attend client meetings, and contribute to knowledge management and business development initiatives.

Other requirements

1. Final-year students of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program or recent law graduates preferred.

1. Strong interest in corporate advisory, governance, founder issues, succession planning, trusts, wills, and estate planning.

1. Candidates should be willing to take up a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
