We are seeking a Legal Analyst who brings a practical, solution-oriented mindsetsomeone capable of going beyond academic frameworks to work on complex, high-impact cases involving banks, NBFCs, and recovery mechanisms. What you will be doing?
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
- Liaise with financial institutions and clients to support negotiation and dispute resolution processes.
- Prepare detailed case summaries and maintain accurate legal documentation.
- Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
- Directly interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert legal assistance.
- Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution forums, as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings at the office.
Who we are looking for?
- BA LLB, BBA LLB or LLB graduate (Freshers preferred)
- Fluency in Telugu and English required; Kannada is a plus.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of banking, debt recovery, and ADR frameworks is a plus
- Practical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for handling sensitive client situations
