Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality module teaching and learning materials, including detailed schemes of work, module, session and webinar content, topic guidance and activity checklists that reflect current corporate and professional body priorities.
• Actively appearing for blended learning via virtual/face to face sessions, as requested by the students.
• Develop relevant and appropriate assessments and professional development activities. Design relevant, appropriate marking guidance, achievement indicators, and complete, robust marking, evaluation and feedback processes.
• Bring professional expertise and an understanding of the current corporate landscape into teaching and learning.
• Coordination with the support team to ensure that the learners are satisfied with the feedback and pitching in to guide the learners when they are in doubt.
• Develop relevant and appropriate assessments and professional development activities. Assisting management to develop content for any sort of marketing or development activities.
• Design relevant, appropriate marking guidance, achievement indicators, and complete, robust marking, evaluation and feedback processes.
• Bring professional expertise and an understanding of the current corporate landscape into teaching and learning.
• Manage student cohorts of virtual learning environments.
• Any other duties appropriate to the role.

Essentials

• Masters Degree in Business Management, Administration, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• The ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload;
