Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in Howrah. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial leasing activities. Key responsibilities include negotiating lease agreements, administering lease documentation, maintaining relationships with tenants, and conducting market research to identify leasing opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with prospective tenants and other stakeholders to achieve leasing targets and contribute to the mall's success. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial Leasing and expertise in Lease Agreements
• Strong skills in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration
• Experience working with Leases, including drafting and reviewing documentation
• Ability to conduct thorough Market Research to identify opportunities and trends
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in retail or commercial leasing is advantageous
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
