Role Overview
- As a Property Associate, you will be responsible for client interactions, property scouting, site visits, negotiations, and assisting customers throughout the buying or leasing process. You will work closely with the inside sales and management teams to identify suitable properties, convert leads, and ensure smooth transactions.
- This role provides excellent exposure to Hyderabads dynamic real estate market, including commercial office spaces, retail properties, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify suitable properties based on client needs, budget, and location preferences.
- Conduct market research to source new property opportunities and maintain updated inventory.
- Perform field visits to evaluate properties, surroundings, accessibility, and commercial potential.
- Attend client meetings and understand property requirements in detail.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Assist clients during negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, builders, and channel partners.
- Assist clients with documentation and transaction formalities.
- Work closely with inside sales and management teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain records of client interactions, property updates, and site visit reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and upcoming developments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to scout and identify the right properties based on customer requirements.
- Good understanding of Hyderabad real estate market is preferred.
