Profile: Learning Program LeadLocation: BengaluruYears of Experience: 2 - 5 years Role PurposeOwn end-to-end performance improvement for assigned business units by identifying gaps, designing interventions, running pilots, and scaling successful initiatives to drive productivity and reduce attrition. Key Responsibilities1. Business PartneringWork closely with on-ground teams, team leads, managers and headsUnderstand business goals, challenges, and performance metricsAct as a trusted advisor, not just L&D support2. Data-Driven Gap IdentificationAnalyze daily/weekly dashboards to identify:Productivity gapsSkill gapsQuality issuesAttrition trendsConvert insights into actionable problem statements3. Solution Design (Beyond Training)Co-create solutions with stakeholders, such as:Training interventionsProcess improvementsBehavioral nudgesCoaching frameworksIncentive alignment ideas4. Pilot Iterate ScaleDesign and run pilotsTrack impact using defined metricsIterate quickly based on resultsScale successful initiatives across teams5. Ownership of OutcomesOwn metrics like:Productivity improvementQuality scoresReduction in attritionBe accountable for business impact, not just activity completion6.
