SalaryAs per industry standards About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and creative Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and strengthen child development and learning programs for children aged 310 years. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences through toys, games, activity boxes, puzzles, card-based activities, and facilitator-led interventions that foster creativity, self-exploration, discovery, critical thinking, and socio-emotional development. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Curriculum Design
- Design and develop child-centric learning programs for children aged 310 years.
- Create structured learning pathways, activity frameworks, and developmental outcomes.
- Develop play-based, experiential, and discovery-driven learning experiences.
- Translate child development principles into engaging activities and interventions.
- Design age-appropriate learning journeys that support cognitive, social, emotional, creative, and communication skills.Product & Content Development
- Conceptualize and develop educational toys, board games, card games, puzzles, activity boxes, and learning kits.
- Create facilitator guides, instruction manuals, worksheets, activity cards, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and product development teams to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure developmental appropriateness, engagement, and scalability of all products.Training & Capacity Building
- Design and conduct training programs for teachers, facilitators, caregivers, and implementation partners.
- Develop training modules, presentations, facilitator toolkits, and certification programs.
- Facilitate workshops and capacity-building sessions both online and offline.
- Support implementation teams through mentoring and coaching.Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging trends in child development, learning sciences, educational toys, play-based learning, and experiential education.
- Conduct research to identify learner needs and improve program effectiveness.
- Benchmark global best practices and adapt them to local contexts.
