Job Requirements
At Quest Global, it’s not just what we do but how and why we do it that makes us different. The Lead Wearable Product Validation Engineer leads end-to-end system validation for wearable devices and drives overall product quality across HW/FW/SW integration. This role is accountable for the System Health validation strategy—Power, Thermal, and Performance—and provides technical leadership for planning, execution, cross-functional alignment, and risk-based release readiness decisions. The Lead partners closely with Engineering, QA, Systems Health, and Program teams to identify regressions early, drive root-cause closure, and continuously improve validation coverage, tooling, and processes.
We wholeheartedly believe in the diversity of thought that comes with fostering a culture rooted in respect, where everyone belongs, is valued, and feels inspired to share their ideas. We know embracing our unique differences makes us better, and that solving the worlds hardest engineering problems requires diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds.
