Role
We are looking for a Lead Technical Enablement Engineer to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Director in the Global Technical Enablement Team department.
This role offers a unique blend of deep technical expertise and field-savvy delivery—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education, and go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Learning Experience Delivery teams to design and deliver world-class enablement programmes for our Solutions Consulting organisation.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Build engaging, reusable training content including courses, learning modules, and onboarding materials tailored specifically for technical roles like Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA)
- Lead high-impact virtual and in-person Bootcamps, interactive workshops, and targeted coaching sessions for technical audiences globally
