As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of SAP technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration with functional and business stakeholders.

• Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP technical implementations, conducting thorough testing and optimization.

• Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation and best practices within the team.

• Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other systems.

• Provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and technical proposal development.

• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
