As the Lead - SAP, you will be at the forefront of technical development, guiding and mentoring a team of ABAP professionals. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA technologies and ABAP development will be pivotal in driving successful SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements. • Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using ABAP development skills and SAP S/4HANA technologies.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices in ABAP development.

• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems and applications.
