As the SAP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise in ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA technologies will be instrumental in leading and mentoring a team of talented professionals. By collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders, you will ensure the successful implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement of SAP solutions, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure ABAP solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies and trends, and drive the adoption of innovative solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring system stability.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy reference for future projects.
