About the Role
Are you passionate about cloud technologies, customer enablement, and driving digital adoption? We are looking for a CDC Enablement Specialist to join our CDC Enablement Squad within the Platform Common Services (PCS) Tribe.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our CDC customers — empowering them to adopt and make the most of our CDC platform through expert guidance, technical consultations, and innovative enablement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Customer Enablement & Engagement
Conduct Technical Consultations, Open Mic sessions, and DevOps Lounge discussions with customers
Provide high-level architecture solutioning and advisory on CDC products and services
Support customers during product introduction and onboarding phases
Develop and deliver enablement materials including presentations, guides, videos, and FAQs
Operate across a tiered support model to ensure the right level of assistance at every stage
Continuous Improvement
Measure the impact of enablement activities through key metrics (consultation reduction, GPT query deflection, feedback scores)
Identify opportunities to automate or digitize repetitive tasks
Collaborate with communication and training teams to enhance CDC awareness and user satisfaction
