Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, social media, databases, and other lead sources.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and assess their interest in products or services.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems and tracking sheets.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or consultations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Support social media and digital outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Attend webinars, networking events, career fairs, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all prospects throughout the engagement process.
