About the job
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and Business Development Managers.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems.
Follow established outreach campaigns and sales processes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.
Meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting goals

Other requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
