All about the role:
We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to guide and grow our frontend development team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both technical leadership and people management, driving the long-term direction of our web platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, owning the design system, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the team.
A Typical Day
Lead the team: Manage and mentor a group of frontend engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and well-being.
Own the design system: Define, evolve, and maintain our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across products.
Set technical direction: Guide architectural decisions, advocate for best practices, and lead key technical initiatives.
Drive collaboration: Act as the primary interface between the frontend team and product, design, and backend teams.
Uphold quality: Promote clean, maintainable code through code reviews, pairing, and process improvements.
Foster a culture of learning: Encourage innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
