💻The roleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team at Headout in Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving financial visibility, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the organization.You’ll own core FP&A processes including MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
