Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Accountable for
- Responsible for the Product group delivery to CPH/Platform on behalf of VES technical team respective PV ICE & EV Project.
- Act as single point of ownership for VES deliveries to Program CPH/ Group CPH/ Vertical Head reviews for the respective PV ICE & EV Project.
- Work with COE leads/Product heads to leverage COE resources towards delivering the TCP.
- Collaborate with Program Manager/COE leads/Product heads to achieve TCP targets related to VES GPH3 under the guidance of Delivery head.
- Ensure timely inputs on Manufacturing feasibility.
- Ensure adherence to processes and achievement of quality targets for the respective project.
- Strategically plan material costs to meet established target goals for the respective project.
- Accountable for setting VES TCP targets in line with the overall Project TCP and cascading of the same to the Product teams for All VES GPH
- Ensure system-level compliance with TCP and FI targets through strategic trade-offs and effective collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate technical alignment to COE Leads across architecture, packaging, interface requirements, and issue resolution for the respective products thereby ensuring seamless integration within & across systems.
- Identifying and escalating product risks as part of the decision matrix process, supporting effective risk mitigation and resolution for respective projects.
- Ensure strict scope management to avoid deviations from project objectives and timelines.
- Drive product evaluations focusing on quality improvement, Product Quality, and Root Cause Analysis to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: – Quality, PQ, RGA (Product Evaluations), Sourcing & Manufacturing team (System Compliance & Effectiveness), CDMM/Suppliers (Development Process, Risks & Volume Management)
Knowledge on
- Knowledge on Design & development of Various Automotive Electrical & electronics systems including Wring harness for Autotmotive PV ICE/EV platforms.
- knowledge in Vehicle PTD Systems, Electrical & Electronics system architecture & its Integration at vehicles level
- Functional knowledge about Vehicle Electrical & Electronics System, Vehicle Interface between VES & other Electric & Electronics system
