Diesel Particulate filter (DPF) Calibration, development and validation
Key deliverables:
Developing and validation software functions, calibration and dataset release for DPF.
Functional Competencies
Basics of DPF
Good undertanding of Diesel Engine and after-treatment calibration
Understanding of DPF software flow and calibration
Exhaust after-treatment basics
AIS 137 regulation understanding
Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking
Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities
Calibration – having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.
Basic understanding of how to interpret software documentation and software flow diagrams for DPF
Experience
Mtech (with 2 years min. experience) to Btech (with 4 years min. experience)
Industry Preferred
Automobile
Qualifications
BE or ME (Mechanical or Automobile)
General Requirements
Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA, Design Reviews & Project management
Good communication skills & Good team leader
Adaptable: Able to adapt oneself to new surroundings; to make suitable change so as to fit new conditions.
Reliable: Dependable.
