Responsibilities:
Lead creative design projects and initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet business and brand objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, digital) to translate requirements into innovative design solutions.
Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
Provide design feedback and creative guidance to team members, supporting skill development and quality improvement.
Review and refine design deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements and brand standards.
Manage project schedules and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to strengthen creative execution.
