Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Lead Designer to drive visual storytelling across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong graphic design expertise with motion design capabilities and is excited to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.As a Lead Designer, you will own end-to-end creative execution, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor a small team of designers while ensuring every creative asset reflects our brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, CRM, website, e-commerce, retail, and offline channels.
- Design high-impact visual assets including digital creatives, banners, landing pages, presentations, emailers, marketing collateral, and in-store branding.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for advertising campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, design workflows, and creative experimentation.
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Content, Product, E-commerce, Retail, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling visual solutions aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Review creative work from internal designers and external agencies, providing constructive feedback to maintain high design standards.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, AI innovations, motion design techniques, and evolving consumer preferences.
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Brand Design, or Creative Design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, digital campaigns, and motion graphics.
