This position is part of the IT Department, located in Bangalore, India. You will be part of the Compliance team and report to the Compliance Leader responsible for data governance strategy, data quality, and enabling trusted, compliant data across enterprise platforms, analytics, and AI initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define and operationalize enterprise data governance practices, including data ownership, stewardship, data quality, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to establish and maintain enterprise data standards, definitions, and policies across platforms.
- Coordinate with technical analysts and solution architects to optimize master data across key domains and systems, including defining required customer data fields, naming conventions, identifiers, hierarchies, and relationships across CRM and ERP environments.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and usability, including validation, de-duplication, and process improvements that support analytics and AI use cases.
- Support the implementation and adoption of data governance tools, including metadata management, data catalogs, lineage, and quality monitoring.
